Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of noppio.com and the plugins supplied through it. You accept them when you buy a plugin, and by downloading or installing one.

Who you are dealing with

noppio is the trading name of Oleksii Novokhatskyi, registered in Ukraine as an Individual Entrepreneur (ФОП). The plugins on this site are made and supported by us — “we” and “us” below. You are referred to as “you”.

Who sells you the plugin

Purchases are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ) acting as merchant of record. Creem is the seller of record for the transaction: it takes the payment, issues the invoice, and handles any sales tax or VAT. Creem’s Buyer Terms apply to the purchase itself alongside these terms.

We remain responsible for the plugin — building it, delivering it, and supporting it.

noppio and nopCommerce

noppio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to nopCommerce or its owners. “nopCommerce” is used only to identify the platform these plugins are built for, and the name belongs to its respective owner.

What a licence covers

Unless your order says otherwise, a licence for a plugin is:

• for one nopCommerce store, running on one website domain;
• perpetual — it does not expire, and the plugin does not stop working;
• non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable.

A development, staging or test copy of the same store, not publicly available and not taking orders, is covered by the same licence.

If you run more than one store, each needs its own licence.

What you may not do

You may not redistribute, resell, publish or share a plugin or any part of it, licensed or otherwise. You may not remove or alter licensing, copyright or attribution notices.

Plugins are supplied as compiled assemblies. Source code is not included unless the plugin’s page says otherwise, and you may not decompile or reverse engineer a plugin except to the extent the law permits regardless of this restriction. If you do alter a plugin, we cannot support the altered copy.

Delivery

Plugins are delivered as a download from this site. There is nothing physical to ship. It is your responsibility to download the build matching your nopCommerce version; each plugin page lists the versions it has a build for.

What we do not promise

Plugins are supplied as is. We make no warranty that a plugin will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will suit a particular purpose or a particular store configuration.

nopCommerce is third-party software that changes independently of us. A plugin is built against the versions listed on its page, and we cannot promise it will work on a version it does not list, or alongside any particular other plugin or theme.

Back up your store and test on a non-production copy before installing anything.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, revenue, data or goodwill, however it arises.

Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the plugin the claim concerns.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you buy as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one published when you made it. The date below shows when this version was published.

Governing law

These terms, and our supply and support of the plugins, are governed by the law of Ukraine, and the courts of Ukraine have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.

This does not cover the payment transaction itself, which is between you and Creem under its Buyer Terms. And if you buy as a consumer, it does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of the country you live in, or of the right to bring proceedings there where the law gives you that right.
