Refund Policy
Last updated 12 Aug 2026
Plugins are software you download, so we would rather you never needed this page. Every plugin’s page says what it does and which nopCommerce versions it has a build for — read that first, and ask us at support@noppio.com if anything is unclear before you buy.
Still, buying something that turns out not to work is not a good outcome for anyone, so here is when we refund.
Nothing to refund yet
There is currently no payment on this site — nothing here can be bought, and plugins are arranged by email. This policy describes how paid purchases will be handled and applies from the point payment becomes available.
Who processes a refund
Purchases are handled by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ) as merchant of record. That splits the work in two: this page decides whether a refund is due, and Creem issues the money.
So the route is: ask us first. We answer, and where a refund is due we instruct Creem to make it. If we cannot resolve it between us, you can take it to Creem under its Buyer Terms.
The 14-day window
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the plugin does not work as its page describes.
We will normally refund when:
- the plugin does not do what its page says it does;
- it fails to install or run on a nopCommerce version its page lists as supported, and we cannot fix it in reasonable time;
- you were charged twice, or charged for something you did not order.
When we will not refund
- You bought the wrong version. Every plugin page lists the nopCommerce versions it has a build for, and the catalog filters by the version you select. Buying against a version that is not listed is not a fault in the plugin.
- It conflicts with another plugin, a custom theme or your own modifications. We will help you look, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with software we did not write.
- You changed your mind after using it in production, beyond the 14 days.
None of this is a rule we apply mechanically. If your situation is not covered above and you think a refund is fair, tell us — we would rather look at it than argue.
How to ask
Email support@noppio.com with your order reference and what went wrong. Enough detail to reproduce the problem gets you a faster answer, and often a fix instead of a refund.
We aim to reply within two working days. Once we approve a refund, Creem returns the money to the original payment method; how long it takes to appear is up to your bank, usually within ten working days.
Once a refund is issued, the licence ends and the plugin must be removed from your store.
Consumers in the EU
If you buy as a consumer in the EU, the law normally gives you 14 days to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason.
Digital content is the exception. Because a plugin is delivered immediately, the checkout asks you to consent to delivery starting straight away and to confirm you understand that this ends the statutory right of withdrawal. Without that consent the download cannot be released; with it, the statutory right no longer applies.
This does not take away the 14-day policy above. That policy is ours, we offer it whether or not you are a consumer, and it stands on its own — so in practice you keep a 14-day route to a refund where the plugin does not work as described.
Nothing on this page reduces any statutory right you have that cannot be waived.
