Privacy Policy

This site collects almost nothing, and this policy says exactly what that means. Every statement below describes how noppio.com actually behaves — not what a policy template assumes a website does.

Who is responsible

The controller of the personal data described here is Oleksii Novokhatskyi, registered in Ukraine as an Individual Entrepreneur (ФОП), trading as noppio — except for checkout and payment data, where the controller is Creem, see Payment below.

To reach the controller about anything in this policy, write to privacy@noppio.com. We answer data protection requests at that address and will supply a postal address on request.

No cookies, no analytics, no tracking

noppio.com sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising scripts.

It also loads nothing from third-party servers. Fonts are served from this domain rather than from a font provider, specifically so that visiting a page does not make your browser contact anyone else. The only outbound links are ones you choose to click.

There is no consent banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.

What is stored in your browser

This never leaves your browser. It is not sent to us, it is not a cookie, and it identifies nothing about you. Clearing your browser storage removes it, and the site works normally without it.

Server logs

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical data your browser sends with each request — IP address, user agent, the page requested and the time — to deliver the site and to protect it from attack and abuse. Cloudflare acts as our processor for this.

Plugin downloads are handled by a small application running on Cloudflare Workers, which records requests to download URLs so we can tell whether downloads are working. No other part of the site invokes it.

We do not combine this data with anything else, do not use it to profile visitors, and do not sell or share it.

Email

If you email us — for example about a full version of a plugin — we hold that message and your address for as long as we need to answer you and keep a record of the exchange. We use it to reply to you and nothing else.

No accounts, no payment on this site

There is no registration, no login and no user account. Nothing on this site asks for a name, address or payment details.

Payment

When paid plugins become available, the purchase will be handled by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ) as merchant of record, on Creem’s own pages rather than on noppio.com. Card details never reach us and we never see them.

The important part is who answers for what. Creem is an independent controller of the data you give it at checkout — it decides how that data is used for taking payment, issuing your invoice and meeting its own tax and anti-fraud obligations. It is not acting as our processor, so for that data Creem’s Privacy Policy applies and requests about it go to Creem.

We are the controller of what reaches us afterwards: the order reference, the email address you bought with, which plugin you licensed, and any support correspondence. We use it to deliver the plugin, honour the licence, answer you, and keep the records the law requires of us.

Where you are due a refund, the two of us exchange only what the refund needs — your order reference and our decision.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how it is used, and to receive a copy. Write to privacy@noppio.com and we will respond within one month.

You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
